New Gallup Poll: Record 50% of Americans Favor Legal Cannabis

A record-high 50 percent of Americans now say the use of marijuana should be legal, up from 46 percent last year, according to a new Gallup Poll.

Forty-six percent say marijuana use should remain illegal.
